Technical Support & After-Sales Service

Dedicated Support Throughout the Life of Your Equipment

Prenox products are built to provide many years of reliable service. To ensure maximum equipment performance and longevity, we offer ongoing technical support through our authorised distribution and service network.

All after-sales support requests should be directed through the supplying distributor or authorised service provider. This ensures efficient service coordination and maintains a complete service history for your equipment.

Our Support Includes

  • Technical troubleshooting assistance
  • Spare parts identification and supply
  • Repair and maintenance support
  • Preventative maintenance recommendations
  • Product operational guidance
  • Factory-backed technical expertise

Important: Prenox does not communicate directly with end users where equipment has been supplied through an authorised distributor.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To facilitate prompt resolution of any warranty issue, follow these four steps.

1

Report the Fault

Contact your supplying distributor with the model number, serial number, date of purchase, fault description and photographs where applicable.

2

Technical Assessment

An authorised technician inspects the equipment and determines whether the fault qualifies under warranty conditions.

3

Approval

Where confirmed as a warranty issue, Prenox authorises replacement of the defective component.

4

Resolution

Approved replacement parts are supplied and the equipment is restored to operational condition as quickly as possible.
