Comprehensive Manufacturer’s Warranty

Effective for all Prenox products supplied through authorised distributors and resellers.

Prenox Manufacturer's Warranty

Prenox warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial operating conditions.

12-Month Warranty

Applies to:

  • Electrical components
  • Manufacturing workmanship
  • Factory-installed assemblies
  • Original Prenox replacement parts supplied under warranty

Warranty period commences from the date of invoice issued to the authorised distributor or reseller. Should a manufacturing defect occur, Prenox will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component at no charge.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing Defects

Any defect resulting from the manufacturing process, assembly or workmanship.

Electrical Component Failures

Failure of original electrical components due to manufacturing defects during normal use.

Original Factory Components

Defects in original Prenox-supplied parts installed during manufacturing.

Replacement Warranty Parts

Any replacement component supplied by Prenox under an approved warranty claim.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by Prenox or an authorised service representative.

What Is Not Covered

Incorrect Installation

Damage caused by improper installation, commissioning or electrical connection.

Misuse or Abuse

Operation outside intended parameters, negligence, abuse or deliberate damage.

Lack of Maintenance

Failure to perform routine cleaning, maintenance or servicing as recommended.

Unauthorised Repairs

Repairs, modifications or alterations carried out by persons not authorised by Prenox.

Non-Genuine Components

Failures caused by installation of non-Prenox parts or accessories.

Fair Wear and Tear

Normal deterioration associated with regular commercial use.

External Causes

Power surges, voltage fluctuations, water, fire, lightning, accidents, transportation damage.

Consumable Items

Door seals, lamps, glass, user-replaceable consumables, cosmetic damage.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To facilitate prompt resolution of any warranty issue, the following procedure should be followed.

Report the Fault

Contact the supplying distributor or authorised service provider and provide: equipment model number, serial number, date of purchase, description of fault, and supporting photographs where applicable.

Technical Assessment

An authorised technician will inspect the equipment and determine whether the fault qualifies under warranty conditions.

Approval

Where the fault is confirmed as a warranty issue, Prenox will authorise replacement of the defective component.

Resolution

Approved replacement parts will be supplied and the equipment restored to operational condition as quickly as possible.
