12 Month Warranty

Prenox provides a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all electrical components and workmanship, commencing from the invoice date. During this period, if we identify a manufacturing fault with your unit, Prenox will replace the necessary parts at no charge

Warranty Limitations

The Prenox warranty specifically excludes:

• Misuse, negligence, or abuse of the product
• Incorrect installation
• Damage caused by unauthorized service providers
• Normal wear and tear
• Units modified with non-Prenox parts during the warranty period

Please note that warranty coverage is only valid for fully paid items

Prenox’s liability is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts at no cost to the customer.

Out Of Warranty Repair

• Distributors are responsible for collecting replacement parts from Prenox and/or returning units to our factory
• All costs for parts and labour will be invoiced accordingly
• Full payment must be received BEFORE collection of repaired units or replacement parts
